Take a slow breath in…
And a long, relaxed breath out.

Place a hand on your heart, and say:
“This morning, I enter the day gently.”
[3 sec silence]
Now invite Jesus with you:
“Jesus, my brother… stay close to me today.”
Feel Him beside you — steady, warm, understanding.

Then invite Pure Mind within you:
“Pure Mind within me… let this day unfold in clarity and peace.”
Feel the quiet, spacious presence settling in your chest.

Now bring your father’s memory forward just slightly,
not to relive the pain —
just to remember that this part of you deserves compassion.
Say softly:
“Jesus, walk with the child inside me.”
“Pure Mind, hold my heart with gentleness.”

A final blessing:
“May this day be kind to me.

“This evening, I let the day fall away.”

Now invite Jesus near:
“Jesus, my brother… sit with me as the night comes.”
Feel His presence beside you — calm, protective, deeply kind.

Then turn inward and invite Pure Mind:
“Pure Mind within me… let the day dissolve.”
Feel a gentle spaciousness opening through your chest and belly.
