🌿 PURE MIND LOVES ME

DAY 12 — Completing the Unfinished Story

10–15 minute deep-dive healing script

With silence cues

[INTRO]

5 seconds silence

Let your breath soften.
Let your shoulders loosen.
Let your body settle into a gentle sense of being held
from the inside.

10 seconds silence

Today we meet the part of you
that never got to finish
what it needed to finish
on the day your father died.

Trauma is not the memory of the event—
it’s the survival impulse
that never completed.

10 seconds silence

Bring awareness to your body.
Feel your breathing as it moves in your chest.
Feel the weight of your legs,
your arms,
your hands.

10 seconds silence

Now gently recall that moment at thirteen:
the shock,
the stillness,
the confusion,
the feeling of “I don’t know what to do.”

Just sense it
like a faint outline,
not the full picture.

20 seconds silence

Your body may have wanted to cry
but couldn’t.
May have wanted to collapse
but stayed rigid.
May have wanted to run
but remained frozen.

Today, we give the body
permission to complete
just one of those impulses—
softly, safely,
in the smallest way.

15 seconds silence

Bring awareness to your throat.
If your cry was stuck there,
let your throat soften.
You don’t have to cry—
just allow the throat to open a little.

12 seconds silence

Now bring awareness to your chest.
If your heart wanted to cave inward,
let your shoulders curl forward
a tiny bit—
just one inch of release.

15 seconds silence

Now bring awareness to your hands.
If your body wanted to shake,
let your hands tremble
just a little.
Even the tiniest vibration
releases stored survival energy.

20 seconds silence

If your legs wanted to run
but couldn’t,
press your feet gently
into the floor
as if preparing to take one step—
even though you don’t.

This activates and completes
the “run” impulse
in a safe way.

20 seconds silence

Now breathe.
Let your body integrate
these micro-releases.

15 seconds silence

Whisper inwardly:

“I’m letting the story finish.”

12 seconds silence

Not the story of the mind—
the story of the body.
The story that never had permission
to complete itself.

Let your body move
in any tiny way it wants:
a sigh,
a swallow,
a tremble,
a softening,
a breath that goes deeper than expected.

These are releases.
These are completions.

25 seconds silence

Now place both hands on your heart.
Let your body know the danger is long gone.
Let your nervous system know
it can stand down.

15 seconds silence

Whisper inwardly,
with care and gravity:

“The story can complete now…
because I am here.”

🌿 DAY 13 — Speaking to the Boy in His Language

10–15 minute deep-dive healing script

With silence cues

[INTRO]

5 seconds silence

Let yourself arrive in your breath.
Feel the way it moves inside your chest.
Feel your heart soften
as if welcoming a younger part of you home.

10 seconds silence

Invite the thirteen-year-old you
into your awareness again.
Let him appear in whatever way he comes—
a clear image,
a blur,
a sense,
a memory,
a feeling.

All ways are valid.

12 seconds silence

Look at him.
Notice his posture.
Notice his expression.
Notice the loneliness or confusion
in his eyes.

He learned to speak without words,
through silence,
through stillness,
through shutting down.

Today you speak to him
in a language he understands.

15 seconds silence

Speak inwardly, slowly:

“I know what you saw.”

10 seconds silence

Let him hear it.
Truly hear it.

Then say:

“I know how much it hurt.”

15 seconds silence

Watch how his face,
his posture,
his energy
changes even a little.

Now speak to him
in the simplest, most direct language:

“You didn’t do anything wrong.”

12 seconds silence

“You weren’t supposed to know what to do.”

12 seconds silence

“You were just a boy…
and you survived.”

15 seconds silence

Let each sentence land inside him
and inside you.

The boy is not outside you—
he is you,
at the age when the world collapsed
and his heart had to hide.

15 seconds silence

Now imagine stepping closer to him—
just one step.
You don’t have to touch him yet.
Just come closer.

See if he responds.
If he moves away,
respect him.
If he stays still,
stand with him.
If he moves toward you,
welcome it.

All responses are healing responses.

20 seconds silence

Now place a hand over your heart.

Speak inwardly to the boy:

“I’m here now…
and you are no longer alone.”

15 seconds silence

Let the two of you breathe together—
your breath calming his breath,
your strength meeting his fear,
your presence undoing
decades of isolation.

25 seconds silence

When you’re ready,
place your other hand on your belly
and breathe slowly.

Let him feel
your adult steadiness.

10 seconds silence

Before ending, say:

“I’m staying with you.”

12 seconds silence

🌿 DAY 14 — Week 2 Integration Day

10–15 minute deep-dive healing script

With silence cues

[INTRO]

5 seconds silence

Today is a day of settling.
Of softening.
Of allowing everything from this week
to land in the body
without pressure.

Let your breath deepen.
Let your shoulders drop.
Let your jaw loosen.

10 seconds silence

Think back over the past days:
the frozen tears…
the tiny drops of emotion…
the breathwork…
the numbness…
the boy…
the trauma release…

You have been touching
some of the deepest threads
in your life.

Today, you simply rest.

15 seconds silence

Place a hand on your heart.
Feel its warmth.
Feel its weight.

Say inwardly:

“I am healing.”

10 seconds silence

Let the truth of those words
bloom inside you
like a slow-opening flower.

15 seconds silence

Now scan your body lightly:
the throat,
the chest,
the ribs,
the belly.

Ask softly:

“What softened in me this week?”

You don’t need an answer.
Just ask.

20 seconds silence

Now ask:

“What is ready for gentleness now?”

Let your breath answer.

20 seconds silence

See the boy beside you again.
Standing quietly.
Watching you.
Feeling you with him.

He is no longer alone in the dark.
A light has begun to return.

Place a hand on your heart
and a hand over his heart
in your mind.

15 seconds silence

Say:

“We are healing together.”

15 seconds silence

Let this moment settle in your bones.
Let this week arrange itself
inside your nervous system
as a new chapter of repair.

25 seconds silence

You are not rushing.
You are simply absorbing.

When you feel complete,
take one slow breath
into the heart.

🌿 DAY 15 — Calling in His Presence

10–15 minute deep-dive healing script

With silence cues

[INTRO]

5 seconds silence

Let your breath find a soft rhythm.
Let your chest rise and fall
like a warm tide.

10 seconds silence

Today, you meet your father—
not in the trauma of his death,
but in the fullness of his life.

Bring into your awareness
a moment when he was alive,
well,
laughing,
teaching,
talking,
holding your attention,
being the father you loved.

15 seconds silence

See him in that memory.
Let him arrive slowly—
not as a ghost,
not as a sadness,
but as the presence
you once knew deeply.

10 seconds silence

What was the quality of his love?
His voice?
His eyes?
His way of being with you?

Let that memory
fill the room around you,
like sunlight entering slowly
through an open window.

20 seconds silence

Now breathe into your heart
as if breathing him in.

10 seconds silence

Whisper inwardly:

“Dad…
I’m here.”

15 seconds silence

Let him come closer.
Let him stand beside you.
See him
not in the pain of his final moments,
but in the warmth
of his living presence.

20 seconds silence

If emotion arises,
let it be.
If silence arises,
let it be.
If numbness arises,
let it be.

Everything belongs here.

15 seconds silence

Now say inwardly:

“Your presence shaped me.”

10 seconds silence

And:

“Your love stayed with me.”

15 seconds silence

Imagine him placing a hand
on your shoulder—
a warm, steady hand
that communicates love
without needing words.

Let that warmth travel down your arm,
into your chest,
into your heart.

20 seconds silence

For a few moments,
sit in the presence
of the father you loved,
the father who loved you.

Let this presence
heal the wound
of that terrible day
bit by bit.

30–40 seconds silence

When you are ready,
place a hand over your heart
and breathe gently.

10 seconds silence

Say inwardly:

“I carry your love with me.”

10 seconds silence

Let his presence remain with you
as the session closes.

[OUTRO]
